Arpin Takes The Top Spot In Recent Survey

For the past 22 years, the Nationwide Relocating Employee Survey, conducted by Trippel Survey & Research, has surveyed countless employees regarding their relocations. All of the major van lines are ranked across various categories and we’re pleased to announce that Arpin Van Lines took the top spot in this year’s survey for “Customer Satisfaction”!

We received a score of 8.47 out of 10 and we couldn’t be happier. Our mission is to give our customers a stress-free moving experience because we know how stressful such an event can be. In fact, some studies report that moving ranks in the top ten of the most stressful events in a person’s life.

While we try to make every move as stress-free as possible, we know that unforeseen factors can hinder those plans, such as weather conditions or mechanical issues. Know that we’ll do everything possible to minimize delays and manage the expectations of the relocating families to the best of our ability.

Actually, just the other day a person that moved with us through our international division from the United Kingdom to Los Angeles, CA detailed in length her experience on our Facebook page. She was happy with the crew and applauded the customer service that she received from start-to-finish.

Now that we rank #1 in customer satisfaction, we’re going to do whatever we can to retain the top spot for next year’s survey. Thank you to everyone that worked so diligently to ensure we’re providing all of our customers with an extraordinary moving experience.
