  • Dispatcher (West Warwick, RI) - Manage the day-to-day logistical and operational needs of the Arpin fleet in their handling of COD, NA, GSA, and Military household goods moves efficiently in order to maximum customer satisfaction. To this end, must dispatch and communicate with drivers, agents, and customer care representatives to meet all service requirements. Click Here to learn more. 
  • Alternative Transportation Supervisor (West Warwick, RI) - Plan and coordinate all aspects of moving from origin to destination, through the use of freight carriers and other alternative means, those shipments that cannot be handled traditionally with the van line fleet.   • Operations Administrative Assistant (Tyngsboro, MA) - Provide high-level administrative support within the Customer Care Department by assisting Customer Care Representatives (or Relocation Coordinators) and managers with clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, assisting with invoices, rating, and fuel surcharges.
