Dear Mr. Arpin. I recently retired after 23 years as a special agent with the Drug Enforcement Administration and I am sending this email to express my satisfaction with the moves that I have
made with Arpin and to thank the people that have coordinated my moves.

In July of 2005, I was reassigned from Washington, D.C. to Chiang Mai, Thailand. I had the good fortune of working with Chris Hood on that move. Throughout DEA, Chris was known as the "one that
you want to get" when making a foreign move. Chris lived up to his reputation...he was responsive, polite, and he always made you feel like your move was his most important and only assignment. It
was always a pleasure working with Chris.

Five years later, upon being reassigned back stateside, I requested that Arpin (specifically Chris Hood) coordinate my return move. I was disappointed to learn that Chris could not handle my
move but very pleased to learn that he had been promoted. In my opinion, the promotion was well deserved.

As a result of Chris' promotion, John Barrett was assigned as the coordinator to move me from Thailand to D.C. I must admit that I was skeptical that I would receive the same customer attention
that Chris had delivered; however, this was not the case. Throughout all phases of the move, John was the consummate professional and he, like Chris, continued to make me feel like the move was
one of his own family. John was always polite, professional and timely with answers and responses to my questions and concerns. He could not have made the move any smoother or better for me.

Due to the excellent service provided by John and Chris, I have on many occasions recommended that agents and personnel under my supervision request Arpin as the company that moves them on
reassignments. Many have utilized my suggestion.

Mr. Arpin, in closing, I thank you for selecting and recognizing personnel that not only do their jobs but that do their jobs well. I ask that you convey my thanks and satisfaction to both John Barrett and
Chris Hood. They have truly represented your company in a positive light. In addition, I wish you and yours continued success.
