Arpin Group Dedicates New “Green” Global Headquarters to Late Paul Arpin, Sr.

Arpin Group President and CEO, David Arpin, joined by his brother and Executive Vice President, Peter Arpin, dedicated the company’s new global headquarters to the late Paul Arpin, Sr. in a special ribbon-cutting event.

A new plaque displays a picture of Paul Arpin, Sr. (1925 - 2010) and a quote, “May the work I've done speak for me.”

Arpin Van Lines today launched a mobile version of its Arpin.com website for smartphone users.

“The world is going mobile,” said Ricardo Ramos Seyffert, Global Marketing Director of Arpin Group, Inc. “Presently, one-third of Americans access the Web via their mobile devices. By 2014, we anticipate our Web traffic from smartphones will surpass traditional computer Web browsers.”

AMSA and BBB Urge Consumers to be Smart when Moving

Following a few simple rules when selecting a mover will go a long way toward protecting yourself from being victimized by scams this summer, according to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and the American Moving & Storage Association (AMSA). Chief among them: make sure you know who you’re hiring and know your rights.

May is National Moving Month, the start of the busiest time of the year for changing residences. More than 37 million Americans—or about 13 percent—move to a different home every year, according to the latest U.S. Census Bureau statistics.

Mark's Moving & Storage donates slippers to VA Hospitals

Mark's Moving & Storage, Inc. has recently donated 600 pairs of slippers worth $18,000 to three area Veterans Administration hospitals in Jamaica Plain, Roxbury, and Brockton.  The slippers were part of a large lot donated to the United Way Distribution Services store located within Mark's Westborough warehouse.
