Arpin Van Lines and Arpin International Group are both revealing new looks for 2011 with the launch of contemporary websites at http://www.Arpin.com and http://www.ArpinIntl.com. This completes the second phase of Arpin Group’s brand update, which began in 2009 with new logos for the Arpin companies and a new website at http://www.ArpinGroup.com.
Focused on improving its online experience for customers and agents, the two Arpin companies have revamped their online brand image, each offering a central place for visitors to make contact and receive important information about the companies’ various services. Those departments and services include household moving, corporate moving, international services, GSA, military, and storage, as well as personalized websites for Arpin International Group’s worldwide offices located in Canada, China, Germany, Ireland, Singapore and the United Kingdom.
“Our new websites have been designed from the ground up with a look and feel that is consistent with our company’s new unified branding,” said David Arpin, president and CEO of Arpin Group. “These new websites offer more streamlined navigation and categorize our companies’ numerous domestic and international service offerings to make it easier for visitors to find what they need.”
While the previous version of Arpin.com was intended to provide information for corporate and agents, the new site is now consumer-oriented, designed to provide information regarding Arpin Van Lines services and programs to the private residential market.
The Arpin Van Lines site now features a free “moving quote” tool, an Arpin Agent locator capability (so customers may find their local Arpin-authorized mover) and a live chat feature. Both the domestic and international websites have added new resource centers which contain moving guides and tutorials available in both print-friendly and video formats. They also provide helpful links to websites such as the ones for the U.S. State Department and foreign embassies plus one offering currency conversion tools. Website “newsrooms” provide news releases and company announcements as well as industry news. Arpin’s numerous green initiatives, award-winning services and charitable causes are also highlighted on the websites.
Both new websites are optimized for search engines, such as Google and Bing, to make it easier for customers to find Arpin’s services in an online search.
