According to the magazine, “Despite mounting operational pressures, LM readers tell us that the following TL 38 carriers continue to offer top service.” Carriers are selected by the readers of the magazine which currently number over 70,000; this year 7,451 readers responded. They were asked to evaluate the transportation service providers that they do business with in the areas of customer service, on-time performance, value, information technology, and equipment and operations. It is the most respected third party survey of its kind in the transportation and logistics industry.
