• “I would like to thank you for your help and assistance with this relocation. I am happy to say that this has been by far, the smoothest relocation I have ever had. I am not kidding. From day one, everything has been taken care of extremely well. The delivery went well. Apparently, nothing has suffered or has been damaged. Thank you again for your great work. It has been a real pleasure to be assisted by you and Arpin!”

  • “This was my first major move and I was not as prepared as I should have been, but your guys were so helpful and understanding. They were so efficient and amazing. They worked quickly, and truthfully, it was a pleasure having them. From the moment they walked in, I felt comfortable and knew I was in good hands. You run an unbelievable business.”

Happy Thanksgiving!

Everyone at Arpin would like to wish a Happy Thanksgiving to all! It’s time to enjoy plenty of turkey, family bonding, and the usual holiday traditions. In the spirit of Thanksgiving, we’ve complied a list of fun facts that may surprise you.

  • The first Thanksgiving Day was celebrated at Plymouth, Massachusetts, and was a three-day event.
  • Deer, lobster, chicken, fish, chestnuts, maple syrup, cabbage, and goat cheese are thought to have made up the first feast.
  • The first Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade took place in 1924.
  • Snoopy has been in the parade longer than any other balloon.
  • Thanksgiving is always celebrated on the last Thursday in November in the U.S.
  • 15 pounds is the average weight of a purchased turkey, which usually has about 70% white meat and 30% dark meat.
  • The President pardons a live turkey every year, then it lives the rest of its life on a historic farm.

We hope everyone has a great time and stays safe during the holiday!
