• “I would like to thank you for your help and assistance with this relocation. I am happy to say that this has been by far, the smoothest relocation I have ever had. I am not kidding. From day one, everything has been taken care of extremely well. The delivery went well. Apparently, nothing has suffered or has been damaged. Thank you again for your great work. It has been a real pleasure to be assisted by you and Arpin!”

  • “This was my first major move and I was not as prepared as I should have been, but your guys were so helpful and understanding. They were so efficient and amazing. They worked quickly, and truthfully, it was a pleasure having them. From the moment they walked in, I felt comfortable and knew I was in good hands. You run an unbelievable business.”

President Obama Sets Sights On Housing Market

This past Tuesday, President Obama visited Arizona to deliver a speech that focused primarily on the housing market, calling it the second cornerstone to strengthen the middle class. Jobs are seen as the first cornerstone and were highlighted by the President last week in Tennessee.

To sum up President Obama’s speech, the Phoenix Business Journal detailed six steps that need to be taken for his plan to be successful. The steps are:

  • Congress has to pass bipartisan legislation that would allow homeowners to refinance under today’s low rates
  • Loosen tight lending standards
  • Immigration system needs to be fixed
  • Start rebuilding the neighborhoods impacted the most by the housing crisis
  • Provide affordable rental properties
  • The end of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac
