Testimonials

  • “Your team is amazing in their communication, attention to detail, and providing excellent customer service to Sabre's employees and their families for their packing, shipping, and storage needs. Moving to and from an assignment can be terribly stressful for all parties involved, but you and your team really go above and beyond the normal expectations to relieve that stress from the employees and their families.”

    - Lynn W., Principal Global Assignment Services, Sabre Holdings
  • “This was my first major move and I was not as prepared as I should have been, but your guys were so helpful and understanding. They were so efficient and amazing. They worked quickly, and truthfully, it was a pleasure having them. From the moment they walked in, I felt comfortable and knew I was in good hands. You run an unbelievable business.”

Government Services Administration (GSA) Programs

The Arpin GSA pledge: Our effort and attitude towards our customers will never waiver.

GSA’s mission is to “help federal agencies better serve the public by offering, at best value, superior workplaces, expert solutions, acquisition services and management policies.” GSA consists of the Federal Acquisition Service (FAS), the Public Buildings Service (PBS), and various Staff Offices, including the Office of Congressional and Intergovernmental Affairs (OCIA). Eleven Regional Offices extend GSA’s outreach to federal customers nationwide.

The GSA has arrangements with over 250 Transportation Service Providers (TSP’s), both large and small, for shipping the household goods of federal employees the government requires to relocate. All TSP’s must meet the GSA’s strict approval and quality control standards. Each TSP is also ranked based on the level of federal customer satisfaction with its past performance and the percentage discount off its commercial rate. Basic TSP performance requirements and program standards are published in the GSA Household Goods Tender of Service.

The Centralized Household Goods Traffic Management Program (CHAMP) provides federal civilian agencies a framework for efficiently and economically transporting the household goods of their employees both domestically and internationally.

Arpin moving company proudly meets the GSA requirements for service. To learn more, please visit http://www.gsauniversity.com
