Arpin Van Lines’ Customer Care Move Management Program is based on a centralized relocation process. A single-source contact will be available to accept all orders for service, monitor each relocation from start to finish, maintain documented communications throughout the entire relocation process, and represent the interests of each customer within our system.

Single-source accountability assures effective communications and unified control over the moving process. A post-move follow-up is also performed. We rate our performance not on how good a job we think we’ve done, but on how good a job the customer thinks we’ve done. You'll receive a survey after your relocation is complete. The responses received provide immediate benefits in better understanding the customer’s needs and drives the subject matter of Arpin Van Lines’ Continuous Improvement Program.
