Arpin Van Lines handles approximately 1,000 relocations per year for many agencies and administrations that are federally operated. In an effort to provide federal and government employees with the best relocation services possible, the General Services Administration (GSA) Centralized Household Goods Traffic Management Program (CHAMP) performs an annual review of all van lines based on customer satisfaction which is subject to certain criterion that is agreed to by the GSA and members of the household goods moving industry.

Arpin is proud to say that our GSA Division received the highest score of the ten largest U.S. van lines that were rated, according to the recent CSI (Customer Service Index) report.
