Arpin Concludes Its 2013 Regional Meetings
The ASA Sales Conference introduced some new initiatives which was headlined by the Nurture Program. This program will send out automated emails to Arpin’s customers from the initial point of contact to the yearly anniversary of their move date. Such a program will attempt to get customers to respond easier, set appointments, book moves, refer friends, place reviews, and use Arpin again.
The Regional Meetings, which took place over the next two days, began with opening remarks from President and CEO, David Arpin. David updated attendees about the state of Arpin and the moving industry. Subsequently, he was followed by senior members of Arpin’s staff who provided updates on the company’s various business lines, operations, and customer care. Vendors for Arpin also shared presentations, which showcased the resources they can provide for corporate and agent use.
