In Memoriam – Robert E. Sullivan

With great sadness and sense of loss, we share with you that we’ve lost a valued colleague and friend.  Bob Sullivan, Arpin Group’s SVP of Corporate Accounts, passed away suddenly on Saturday, December 15.

Bob was a highly valued and respected member of the Arpin team and the global employee relocation industry, where he worked for over 25 years. A true entrepreneur, Bob’s vision helped Arpin Group to grow into a world-class organization. In addition to establishing Arpin’s overseas offices in the UK, Ireland, Germany, UAE, Singapore, Hong Kong, and China, he also represented the company at transportation-related organizations such as FIDI, LACMA, IAM, WERC, etc.

Bob graduated from the F.W. Olin School of Management at Babson College and Providence College, where he met his wife of 24 years, Donna Sullivan. Bob and Donna share three children Michaela, Aidan, and Kaitlyn.

Among his many accomplishments, Bob worked tirelessly to bring awareness to childhood illnesses and served on the Board of Directors of the Rare Disease United Foundation (https://rarediseasefoundation.org/) and was actively involved in The Coalition Against Pediatric Pain (www.TCAPP.org).

Bob was a beloved colleague and friend who was devoted to his family and dedicated to his friends and colleagues. He often said the phrase, “Family first and always.” He also lived by the phrase and encouraged others to remember what is truly important in life. Bob will be greatly missed.

A visitation will be held Friday, December 21, from 4:00 – 8:00 pm at the Fagan-Quinn Funeral Home, 825 Boston Neck Road, North Kingstown, RI. A Guestbook has been created for Bob’s family, friends, and the global mobility community to leave condolences.

A Funeral Mass will be held Saturday, December 22, at 11:30 am at Christ the King Church, 180 Old North Road, Kingston, RI 02881. Following the Mass, a celebration of Bob’s life will be held at the Quidnessett Country Club, 950 N. Quidnessett Road, North Kingstown, RI 02852.
