Get Enough Sleep

Take Breaks

Depending on the size of your home and furniture, moving and packing can put a bit of a strain on your body and even your mind. When you are feeling overwhelmed or just plain sore, don’t be afraid to take a break. Powering through will only make you feel worse. Take a moment, breath, and then regroup. Stay Hydrated
