Wreaths Across America: A Year-Round Accountability

Stepping back from the hot weather of this July, we return to last December when volunteers nationwide laid wreaths upon the resting places of thousands of fallen service members. Locations where this tradition occurs includes Arlington National Cemetery, as well as hundreds of other cemeteries where fallen veterans are remembered.

The initiative, known as Wreaths Across America, is a nonprofit that Arpin proudly supports by donating wreaths and volunteering time annually. Our agent, Don Queeney, who operates Hampton Roads Moving and Storage, believes strongly in this ambition—so much so that he has assisted in establishing a mobile trailer that travels cross-country to educate Americans about this endeavor and remind them that freedom is not free.

This message is one that we must remember year-round, even after the holiday season has passed. As you celebrate this Fourth of July with loved ones, please remember all that our forefathers and fallen service members sacrificed in order for us to enjoy the great nation that we reside in today!
