Arpin Group Announces Employee Promotions

With their expansive knowledge of the industry and Arpin’s operational processes, we look forward to seeing them excel in their new roles.”
Allison Dickson has been promoted to vice president domestic pricing and account services. Dickson has over 30 years of experience in the moving and storage industry. In her new role, she will be responsible for developing the company’s domestic rates and pricing tariffs to optimize profitability and market competitiveness.
Kevin Amatucci has been promoted to vice president domestic corporate accounts and customer care. He joined Arpin Van Lines in 2013 and has over 29 years of experience in the household goods relocation industry. In his new role, Amatucci will oversee the day-to-day operations of domestic corporate accounts customer care department and serve as the primary customer care liaison between Arpin Van Lines and client representatives.
Richard Travisono is bringing his knowledge and experience of the complex safety issues affecting the moving industry and applying it to his new role as director of driver services. Travisono, who joined Arpin Van Lines in 2010, will continue to serve as the company’s director of safety. In his new position as director of safety and driver services, Travisono will be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of best-in-class programs, procedures, and policies for all safety-sensitive aspects of Arpin’s operations and driver services. Prior to joining Arpin, Travisono served as a Capitol Police Officer for the State of Rhode Island for 15 years.
Roxana Andrews has been promoted to director of customer care. Andrews joined Arpin Van Lines in 1996 as a move coordinator and has been awarded employee of the month multiple times throughout her tenure. In her new role, she will be responsible for directing the customer care department and its employees as well as overseeing the relocation process on corporate accounts.
Steven Rivera has been promoted to director of operations. He joined Arpin Van Lines in 2008. In his new role, Rivera will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of both dispatch and planning.
