Home Sales Continue To Rise For 23rd Consecutive Month

The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB)/Wells Fargo Housing Market Index (HMI) reports that builder confidence was also extremely high. This led to an increase of eight points, which resulted to a reading of 52 on the index and was the biggest one-month gain since August and September of 2002.

It’s noted that any reading over 50 indicates sales conditions as good rather than poor according to builders.
